Pet Rent – $20/month/dog, $10/month/cat
Pet Deposit – $300 ($150 is refundable)
Cats and Dogs Allowed (1 pet per bed)
Pets must be over 1 year of age
Weight Limit is 50 lbs when fully grown
No aggressive breeds
Picture and vet records required
Visiting pets are not allowed
Exceptions for legally documented service animals or emotional support pets.
Pet owners are required to pick up their pets’ feces, and failure to do so will be the basis for eviction.
Pet screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create your profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement EVEN if you do not have a pet.
